Get Rich Slowly - The More You Learn The More You'll Earn

Get rich slowly, but nevertheless, GET RICH!

"Get Rich Slowly - The More You Learn The More You'll Earn," basically applies to almost any business or job ever done.  And now that I really think about it, if you don't apply this single rule to your business (or job) you'll probably never earn more.  I would go as far as saying, don't even start a business if you're not going to learn more because you'll lose every penny you put into it.

Let me explain myself a little better.  I've seen and heard of hundreds of people who've started a business and refuse to learn anything about anything!  They've never placed any type of ad in their life, and instead of learning about marketing, they let some advertising sales rep talk them into a $10,000 ad campaign that brings them in $1,000 in sales.  Worse yet, many do no marketing at all!  They've never setup a business or a corporation, but won't read a book or join a website that shows them how to do it correctly.  They know nothing about search engines, but won't learn how to get their websites to rank high in the search engine results, which brings in free traffic.  It goes even further.  Customers complain to employees, or even to the owner, and NOTHING is done with these complaints.  They don't understand that the customers equal money.  They have to "learn" what the complaints are and do something about them.

In business you have to learn (research) what your biggest expenses are, where to cut costs, what your competition is doing, what's the next big thing in your business, are you in a fad that is ending, there are 1,000 of things I could write here.  My point is you don't just put an open sign on your store or fire up your website with no knowledge of anything and expect to become rich.    And if your plan is just doing trial and error on everything without any knowledge, at least learn from your mistakes!  When you do something wrong, don't keep doing it month after month.  If it didn't work six months ago, it's not going to work today.  Hopefully all the mistakes won't put you out of business.

Surgeons make big money after they've studied for many years.  They don't just get out of medical school and start doing brain surgery.  Well, the same applies to business.  If you know absolutely nothing about anything, how are you going to make money with a business?  And even if you know basically what you are doing, don't you want to have enough knowledge so that your business quickly becomes successful?  You have to learn more if you want to earn more.

When I first started on the internet, there wasn't any info out there that explained exactly how to make money with your business, written by someone who actually did it!  Forget about the business model, affiliate programs, and the customer demographics pie charts.  Forget about Trump's book that tells you how to turn $100 million into a billion.  How do I turn $500 into a $1 million dollars?  That's what I wanted to know.  Well that info wasn't out there until now on this website.  So I did do a lot of trial and error.  I had to.  The internet was brand new, a total unknown to the world.

I was fortunate because I used all of the ad marketing techniques I learned (and wrote for this website).  That minimized my losses and helped me maximize the best marketing spots.  If I lost $10,000 on an ad, I made $40,000 on the next one, leaving me with a $30,000 profit.  Then made sure I didn't lose $10,000 again in the future with that same or a similar ad medium.  Eventually every business I ran added up to over $5 million dollars.

The good news is now a lot of the trial and error I went through, you don't have to. Just read all of my free articles and actually "learn" from my several different business experiences.  You can bypass the mistakes I made and focus on the great ideas and tips that made me over $5 million as of 2008.  You can eliminate my trial and error losses and focus your efforts on what worked for me.
